"Blessed are those whose hope is in you." Psalm 84:5
Child, when you come to me, you will always be blessed. Psalm 84 is about intimacy with God, and that intimacy can be found anytime, anywhere. Not just in a peaceful garden, or in your home, by the fire on a cold winters day. No, My presence can be experienced in the midst of a noisy classroom, a crowded intersection, or even in the hospital room of a critically ill patient. In your greatest joys and triumphs, I am there. In your deepest moments of sorrow, rejection, and disappointment, I am there. I am the gentle hand that comforts you, the wise words that come to you at just the right time, that rapid, excited heartbeat that you experience when you fall in love for the first time, or welcome your child into the world......How lovely is my dwelling place, for all who choose to enter in and experience my presence.
This is really beautiful- I like it very much; It would probably work well in poetic form as well as prose; Only one suggestion that you keep to God speaking in the first person throughout- the second sentence seemed different from the rest.
