31 He that oppresseth the poor reproacheth his Maker; But he that hath mercy on the needy honoreth him.
32 The wicked is thrust down in his evil-doing; But the righteous hath a refuge in his death.
33 Wisdom resteth in the heart of him that hath understanding; But that which is in the inward part of fools is made known.
34 Righteousness exalteth a nation; But sin is a reproach to any people.
500 years ago, the world was a very different place. It was a world where decay and despair were commonplace but God preserved, in the midst of the two great oceans, the last great hope of mankind.
He prepared a people, the pilgrims and the puritans for a particular land whose proclamation would inevitably become our nations precursor.
“Whereon this day we have restored the sovereign”.
They were people of faith, people who loved Gods Word and were intent on making sure that future generations would have a clear understanding of their foremost intent...to follow the Great commission.
As time went on...our destiny began to unfold. Out of our belief in Liberty there was produced an altogether different kind of country. One where people have certain rights. One that values each individual as made in the image of God.
It is because of the courage and self sacrifice of others that we now enjoy our freedom.
These individuals called, “patriots” were considered traitors. They were the "salt" of the earth. The fury of the English throne served only to fuel the fire that burned in their hearts. An uncommon vision towards a new kind of government based on Liberty seen through the eyes of courageous Christian men with chests, whose souls would not afford them the luxury of dying in silence.
It was to be the first of it’s kind.
Slowly over time, the enemy infiltrated our Government disguised as a fancyman. One who is for the people (liberal democrats). However underneath their goal to unite everyone is a genuine intolerance for the true teachings of Christ. Christians here in America know this and are actively standing against it.
Please I'm asking for your prayers...that we might recapture what's been lost.
Yes it was the first of its kind. Have you considered that it is the very political platform described in Daniel that will facilitate the rise to power of the Antichrist? Interesting concept isn't it?
