The rain pelted Nicholas's face as he knelt down on the wet concrete of the highway. He put the lug wrench on the rusted lug nut and tried to get it off with all of his strength. It would not budge because it was so rusted and cars were splashing water on him and making him very upset. ' How could this happen to me' he thought in frustration as he tried another lug nut. It would not budge." God, why did this happen to me?" he said out loud as he worked on another lug nut and cars going by were soaking him with water. " God, where are you?".
Nicholas felt a hand on his shoulder.
" What's wrong Nicholas?".
He turned to see his friend the Creator, who was wearing a rain poncho and an orange vest, standing next to him.
" I got a flat tire and can't get those rusted lug nuts off" he said in a frustrated voice. " I was not expecting this trouble and now I'm irritable.
