I opened my eyes to sunshine so bright
knowing the outdoors was flooded with light,
all things were well again!
After days and days of not feeling well,
this one is like a new starting bell,
the joy is back again!
It somehow reminds me of times gone by
when I was so lost, I couldn't even try;
yet Jesus came just then
He forgave all my sin, He made me new
so I could live in His world, learning all His truths,
but the best was yet to come.
When I was ready, in His heavenly view,
He brought us together, me and you,
Two to become one
Now everyday is like the sunrise new
the beauty and joy to be discovered anew
Oh, how I rejoice that I LOVE YOU!!!
