The Way

There is a man who is first & yet he will be last.
There is also a man who is last & yet he will be first.
There is a way which seems right to a man & yet it brings forth death.
There is also a way which seems to be foolish & yet it is most wise.
There is a path of least resistance which serves only to enslave & corrupt.
Another seems to be most difficult & yet it brings ease.
When once a man has ceased from seeking that which is for him alone,
Then he will realize an abundance in others.
Letting go to let god.
What a most blessed way.
It is a restless evil to seek out only for one's self.
For even that which is obtained cannot be kept.
Where there is selfish ambition there is disorder & every evil thing.
This is not the way.
But glory to God for His indescribable gift,
To expel & rid us of darkness, the selfish nature.
To walk in the light where blessings & goodness reside.
Choose you this day therefore, which way
The one is of self , it is corrupt in it's nature & brings forth death & destruction.
It is death unto death in it's conclusion.
The other is of Christ, it is divine in it's nature & brings forth overflowing life.
It is life unto lifeGod's purpose & plan.
