May be all of these! If He should laugh, He may be yelling the Enemy’s chariots and may have to accompany such with the look and comment “You don’t know who you are kidding with!” If He should laugh with sighing, it may be some one greatly endowed has disappointed His prowess of grace repeatedly! But if God should smile, with loving nodding: “you got it right daughter: one of us or all, may have caused him such Joy! The puzzle can keep rolling! He made us in His image. We do, so He does also!
