I sat at home trying to figure out
How to use my brand new pc
Some friends had bought for me
Because they believed
I was called to write
Another friend installed the set-up
And I bought the idiot’s book
After months of reading
Making mistakes, labor and pain
I began to show a little gain
I learned how to search
And amid all those domains
I stumbled across FaithWriters.com
My interest was sparked, I knew I had found
Something good, something profound
Now mind you, it wasn’t that big of a site...back then
Oh, way back in early two thousand three
But, hey, look what it did for me
I entered the challenges
I even placed in the top ten
I worked and worked
Honing my skill, until
I was able to drop words, tighten up
Stay within a word count
My critiques improved
I got writing offers galore
In my private messenger, of course
And even managed to score
Sales of precision tightly written pieces
At least that’s what the buyers said
My checks proved the point to me
That FaithWriters.com is the place to be
So if you want to improve
And write successfully
Stay, learn, and support FaithWriters.com
Allow the Holy Spirit to work within
Follow His prompting ,then
Write to spread the message of Him
Jesus Christ our Lord
Do I hear an “Amen”?

Your title drew me to reading your poem. We seem to have had similar experiences at the initial stage of our computer learning, and getting on to Faithwriters, but you have put yours across so eloquently that it is a pleasure to read.
Martha, You go girl. I've had such faith in you even while you were given so many struggles to work through I knew God would inspire and keep you in His blessings and for His work. You are such a joy and your work is inspiring to me. Love Bertie.
