One of the first keys to solving daily problems in relationships is to honor God. Not complaining about the persons faults, but lifting them up in prayers. God sets his solidarity in family and his honors and rejoices everytime a new member is added to the family.
The enemy uses every tool at his disposal to separate family. He hates marriages. Marriages breathes unity and devotion to God more than anything else. His main tool is division and strife. And divorce.
If he can just keep us arguing over small things which doesn't mean anything he can cause division.
Another one is an old flame. As soon as we feel that person who we love is not doing what we feel he should, he sends someone to whisper sweet nothings in our ear. If we rebuke the spirit behind the person, we can gain the victory. The moment we began to listen we give them access to our lives and our spirit. We God meant for two people to share suddenly becomes a three ringed circus.
This person begans to invade our heart as well as our minds. We began to see more faults than faith. We tend to criticize more than communicate, and we forget about lifting our loved ones up before God.
We give the enemy easy access. And we forgot why the person is an old flame. If God can see past our hurts, surely we can see past what others do to us!
