Peace be perfect still
to those who over stormy waters have traversed
through thorny paths be-trodden
walking in light of graceful Christ's glorious presence
bringing good news of eternal salvation
to a people dwelling in darkness
in distant places far removed
that these in receiving words of life
might in eternal light abide in joyous thanksgiving,
