Women's Day is a special time of the year which is set aside in many churches to honor the women of the ministry. Many of us can quote the scripture that gives us the blueprint of what a virtuous woman is supposed to be and how she is suppose to conduct herself in Proverbs 31.
A Virtuous Woman is made, you can't find her. We are quick to quote this scripture when making reference to ourselves as a woman in the church and how we conduct ourselves at home. The problem is that we don't conduct ourselves at home the way we conduct ourselves at church, in the mall, the grocery store and around family etc....etc...etc...
The process of being made by God challenges who you think you are and if you are willing to admit that you really don't have it all together and you are far from the virtuous woman the bible speaks about.
It is in the FIRE of character building, title stripping, life on display, rebukes and chatisement that you began on the road of becoming what God intended for you to be. It's after the lights are out and the show is over that you must deal with the real you.
Sometimes we don't like what we see and instead of dealing with it, we cover it up and keep on teaching, preaching and going on in ministry. Because we don't lend ourselves to the process of being made by God and doing things His way, we soon burn out, lose our focus and abort our ministry.
Lend yourself to the process, the outcome is beautiful and the history and substance of what you have become can't be taken away from you.
Until Tomorrow
Be Blessed
