I would like to sit you down and instruct you on what a Bible Study really is. Many of us attend churches and have regular Bible studies each week. At these Bible studies we sit down and open our bibles and listen to others, who seem to know the word, speak on certain verses and chapters of the Bible.
These people who conduct the Bibles studies are members of the church who have been selected to do Bible studies or are people who have volunteered to do the studies and conduct them in a timely fashion. The reason I say timely with emphasis is because after a certain amount of time the study ends whether or not people have came closer to understanding the word.
I believe that as we come closer and closer to the end of days, our lives are supposed to dedicate more and more time to the WORD OF GOD. Most people only give GOD one day of their week and only one hour of that day. Then they are spending the rest of their time trying to survive on this man-ipulated world. Most people donít truly know what the word of GOD is nor what the WORD OF GOD is.
Man is constantly in need of the power it takes to live comfortably on this earth. Most men are corrupt or being corrupted by the evil that was banished from HEAVEN. Most men are double minded and give opinions that will most times lead you away from the TRUE WORD OF GOD. When we listen to these men or women we become involved in believing that they know the truth because they have the ability to explain it better than we could.
This is the fact. GOD has created each and every one of us. In the beginning HE has tried over and over to make mankind believe that HE exists. Over and over HE has tried to deliver us from the evil principalities that want us dead and wants us to suffer with him in the firing pit or lake of fire. We still choose to corrupt ourselves to live according to evil men. When we choose to do so, no matter what TRUTH comes our way, we must analyze it, adjust our understanding and then decide whether it would be the best thing for us to do in order to survive.
The WORD OF GOD is good, true and is very much LOVE. Anything that says other than these three things is false prophecy. A Bible study is not a one sided story but everything that each and every participant comes to bring out. Every one of us are children of GOD. When we study the word, we really donít know what the TRUTH is so the more input we give the closer we get to what is meant when the word was being said. Today we have so many definitions for the word love and for one person to be among 50 people and say that he or she know the true meaning of love is to bring about doubt and suspicion. Now, in order for us to get the closest meaning to that word we would have to agree that each and every one of us know what it is because what is good for me may not be good for you.
With all of this said, I would like to say to you that your participation in the study of the Bible is needed to get exactly what GOD is saying to us and GOD is saying that we should eliminate evil. We should begin to LOVE each one who makes up mankind. We must begin to know what it is that is against us and we must know that in order to be GODLY we must dedicate ourselves, each and every one of us, to giving GOD seven days and twenty four hours of our LIVES. Then, there would be no need to have a Bible study and GOD can once again be seen walking with us as he did with Adam and Eve in the beginning. It was meant but we allow it to be different.
LOVE IS STRONG IN MEANING BUT WEAK IN THE MINDS OF MANKIND!

As Providence would have it, however, the clearest definition of love is there for us in 1 Corinthians 13; famously referred to as the Love Chapter. I consider it unusual that this article was on bible study, but conspicuous by its absence were any verses from the bible. I would suggest, man to man, that if the situation you described happens to be the one that you are presently in, then perhaps it is time to find another church or maybe talk face to face with your pastor about it. I will say, however, that to an extent, I can agree that a bible studies that are interactive are typically "warmer" but they are then left open to perspectives that may not be beneficial to some that are there. That might be why the WORD tells us to "suffer not a novice to teach."
