There is a song that sings about the blood at Calvary. The blood that gives me strength from day to day shall never lose its power. It flows from the highest mountain, it flows to the lowest valley. The blood which gives me strength from day to day shall never lose it's power.
The church has forgotten about the blood, our burdens are washed away at Calvary, there is nothing that the blood cannot heal, there is nothing to great, no mountain to high no valley to low, that the blood can not reach can not touch, it never loses its power.
Are you christian trying to carry your burdens? Are you lonely, and down? Are you struggling to meet your financial burdens?
Has your husband or wife left you? The kids getting you down? You can find your help at the cross of Calvary, the blood of Christ never loses it's power.
Jesus said my yoke is easy and my burden is light
Come unto me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.
Burdens are lifted at Calvary.
Are you applying the blood to your life? There is power in the blood of Christ. Satan loses his hold on you when he see's the blood. When the death angel saw the blood on the door post he passed the house.
It was the blood on the door posts that saved the children of Israel from the death angel, and we have redemption through his blood. Eph 1:7, through faith in His blood Romans 3:25,, being now justified by His blood Romans 5:9,We have peace through the blood of the cross. Col 1:20.
His blood has never failed us yet. The problem is that we have taken the blood out of the gospel, we have taken away the cross and brought in Christian psychology, and new age philosophy, to take the place of the blood. Every need will be met by Jesus Christ, it is our faith in him that brings about our victory.
Do you know what Christ did when he hung on that cross? He took away all your sins and by His stripes has healed you now and forever. Of your sickness, of your loneliness of your pain, He is there, and It is His blood that brings Him near.
He is your hope, Your joy and your peace. When the trials of this life come, just trust in His name, His blood washes it all away. Bring it all to the cross of Christ.
Your life and hope is in Jesus name. Your trials will come and go, but remain stedfast in His name trusting in Jesus Christ and the blood.
This trial you are going though now will one day seem as nothing compared to the glory which one day shall be revealed.
Don't run to the world, or some person, but run to Jesus, run to His His arms, he is near when you call upon His name.
Christians run to Chrtistian bookstores to find something that they think they are lacking something to bring them hope or peace or encouragement, they spend millions of dollars on books and tapes and they never check out what they read with scripture. And all they need to do is go to the Master who loves and cares for them. He has made room at the cross, he has made provision by His blood, but instead they are wandering into the enemies territory. Instead of using discernment they are blindly following blind leaders.
Come back to the cross, come back to the blood it never loses it's power, there is power in the blood. Burdens are lifted at Calvary.
We need a revival, we need a holy ghost revival, we need to come back to the blood, to come back to the cross, to come back to salvation by faith and the shed blood of Christ, to come back to the Holy Ghost and power, people need the cross and the blood not the purpose driven life, not books on think and grow rich, what your mind can conceive you receive.
Just let Him wash your mind and life with the blood of Christ.
The Holy Ghost wants to move and He will move one last time through a people who have been washed clean by the blood of the lamb. I hear the sound of an abundance of rain.
The Lord is going to move through clean vessels, he is going to move through those who will get on their faces and cry out for souls, He wants to bring a mighty outpouring but we must return to the cross, we must lay down ourself and all our selfish desires, and be resurrected in His life.
We have to be discerning when the enemy comes in like a flood, the Lord will raise up a standard against him, we need eyes to see, and ears to hear the plans of the enemy, we cannot be caught off guard.
When we do not seek the face of the Lord, when we do not put Him first before everyone and everything, when we do not seek Him in the word, we will not have the strength when the enemy comes to our door. And he will come to our door to see if he can get in, to see if he can trip us up in some way. He will try to throw a monkey wrench in to your peace, and you will wonder what happened, how did he get in?
He got in because you were not on guard, you were not covered with the blood of the lamb. You were caught up with the things of this life, you were not watching at your door.
It is Christ alone, we cannot put ministry before the Lord, we cannot put family before the Lord, and above all we need to get our mind on the things of the Lord rather then with the things of this life.
Every need will be met in Jesus name, every trial can be overcome by the blood of the lamb and the word of our testimony.
I can tell you that you can get so caught up with works to and let the devil in, because you have lost your focus on the Lord, and he will weaken your flesh until you lack strength. But there is power in the blood.
We must return to the first things, we need to be covered in the blood of Christ. We need to get back to our first love.
It isn't ministry that is so important, it is Jesus Christ, it is our relationship with Him. We cannot know Him unless he becomes so important to us, that everything else pales in comparison.
I know that I have let things burden me down, at times, but I see unless he is our focus, our life our everything, unless he is our strength, our purpose in life just to know Him.
all our ministry is for naught unless He is the center of everything in our life. Then ministry flows out from that center, and flows freely without hinderance.
We can do good things, but it is our love for him that should be front and center. And so we need to recenter, we need to fix our eyes on Him, and we need to take our burdens to the cross and leave them there.
He will weaken us by making us tired, because we chose not to heed the clear warnings before us that we need to rest in Him, we need to take it to the cross, and let Him revive us, he wants to give us rest. His yoke is easy and His burden is light.
There is power in His name, there is power in His blood, arise Christian He lives in You, Christ in you the hope of glory, the time is coming and those who have been cleansed, and purified as gold shall take nations for Christ.
