Whipped by pains,
Attacked by guilts,
Punched by sadness,
But the child,
Has done nothing,
Suffering hurts them,
Pain runs down their spine,
Their eyes burn,
Reddened by sorrow,
Their open wounds,
Bleed,
But not blood,
Tears,
Salty drops,
Filled with sadness,
Filled with hope,
Filled with pain,
Their wounds run deep,
They are bleeding,
Bleeding tears,
Their eyes are dry,
While they bleed tears,
The poor child,
Cries out,
Tried and alone,
But Jesus,
He grabs them,
Holds them tight,
He smiles,
Then cleans them,
He throws the clothe,
Full of tears and pain,
Onto the Cross,
The wonderful Cross,
Then the child giggles.
