Some days, Lord, I can’t stand myself
I’m tired of this selfish pride
Then I hear You calling out to me
To give You all I am inside
But part of me wants to hold back
I’m so afraid of what You’ll do

Why can’t I simply trust in You
Help me abandon me

I want to do all You call me to
And see the power of Your love
