I created them on the Google blog generator at
www.blogger.com.
It is super easy to do and you can make it look however you want and it is totally FREE! Initial set-up time for me was about 15 minutes and it is mostly just picking and clicking everything into place and creating the web site name and web address.
I am taking most of the articles I have put on this site and putting them in my Rebuke site and it is already making a mark. You can put what is called a Hit counter on your site which you can get them FREE at www.amazingcounters.com (it takes a second to create an account with them)so you can see how many people are getting on your site.
It is a lot of fun and I can't stress enough how imortant it is that every born again believer should try this.
