Wisdom speaks
Though at times we fail to listen
We instead try to exalt self
So to others we will glisten
We want to look good
In another’s eyes
But in doing this
On self-only do we rely
We have no power
When we run the show
It takes the Holy Spirit
For others to receive and to know
When Spirit to spirit
Instead of mind to mind
Much fruit will be borne
The Holy Spirit kind
Lives will be changed
People will be set free
As it takes the Holy Spirit
To bring true liberty.
