If “Happy the bride that the sun shines on,”
Is a rainy-day wedding not glad?
If I’m “happy as if I had good sense,”
Could I not be a member of MENSA?
If I don’t get my lunch from McDonalds,
Could I still have a “Happy Meal”?
If “Happiness is a warm puppy,”
Is sadness a cold old dog?
If I’m “happy to be here with you,”
Then how will I feel when I leave?
If I’m “happy as the day is long,”
Am I sad when the moon comes out?
If there’s really a “bluebird of happiness,”
What’s the mood of the ravens and crows?
If I am as “happy as a clam,”
Do you think I resemble a mollusk?
If I am not a “happy camper,”
Can I stay in a fine hotel?
If I’m “happy as a pig in the mud,”
Do I need to wash my face?
I have many questions about happiness,
But there’s only one answer for sure.
