Self Esteem.
Gavel falls,
“GUILTY”…screamed.


“DEATH”…declared,
Sunrise blinds.
Splintered Rails,
Spikes of Iron.

I confess,
Shattered nerves.
“PAYMENT DUE”
Well deserved.

Smiling faces,
Burning tears.
“JUSTICE…NOW.”
Tormenting fears.

Hammer raised,
Shadows…rise.
Deity…stands,
Fear subsides.

Reaches out,
Nail-scarred hands.
Lifted up,
Humbly stand.

Splintered Cross,
“MAJESTY”
Grace provided,
ETERNALLY

Payment Due?
Cannot Pay?
Confess friend,
BELIEVE…Today.
