Ever met a person in passing?
That they affect your life everlasting
Through their kindness, they hit the midst of your soul
With such a profound impression, they have left you feeling whole
Their gentle touch of life with such kindness
Truly gives you prospective, between light and darkness
In their past life full of suffering and pain
Is put aside to hear your life of strain
With such generosity of life, it may seem odd
But truly this person is a child of God
On a clear day you can see God's great kingdom
Through his eyes, lack of faith is very seldom
For people so touched by life's kindness and love
You feel as a new breath of life, is sent from above
For now on this is a new beginning, not an end
