Are you ready to see God's word manifested in your life?
First of all do you believe that God can supernaturally intervene in your life and in the affairs of the other men and women? Do you believe that the works Jesus did, you shall do also, and that even greater works then these you shall do because He went to the Father? These are important convictions that must be anchored in your heart if you want to go deeper in the ways of the Lord.
Because the truth is through the person of the Holy Spirit, the miracle-working power of God is made available to you right now. You may feel miracles are impossible in your life's ministry. But remember: A miracle is not a miracle to God. It's only a miracle to you. To God a miracle is a normal, everyday occurrence. . and He wants to make it a normal, everyday occurrence in your life too. Miracles are not a surprise to God.
When Jesus came to earth as a man, He left behind everything He possessed in glory. He came to earth as a man like you and me. He was tempted in every way like you and me, and yet was without sin. He was stripped of all Godly power. He had to rely on the Holy Spirit just like you and I do.
Isa 61:1 reads: "The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound."
Miracles are performed through the Holy Spirit in Jesus name. The name of Jesus activates the power of the Holy Spirit and your faith activates the power in Jesus name.
Mark 16 reads: "And these signs shall follow them that believeth; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; they shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover" (Mark 16:17,18).
