Screename (7:27:52 PM): Seriously where are all of my friends! And Molly, how can you leave your internet on all weekend? Doesn't anyone have to use it too? Where is everyone!? I really want to do my math homework cuz I am bored and it is easy but it went missing and I am frustrated...I am talking to a computer that is off! Did i mention that already? turn this computer off! I will keep typing unless you go away and again I am talking to a computer with no body on it!
Screename (7:29:36 PM): Grrr....where is my math homework? I really want it to come home! GRRRR!!
This may seem like a bunch of words from a instant message that mean absolutely nothing, but these words have a meaning. When I had nothing to do one day, I was frustrated and annoyed by losing my homework and not being able to talk to my friends. My friend left her computer on for the weekend so I could instant message her whenever I wanted even if I got no response. I was able to vent and release those feelings of frustration and anxiety.
If you are stuck in a situation and need someone to talk to, try typing or writing out your feelings. Expressing your emotions is important. When I did this, I was able to express my emotions. So pull out that piece of paper or get on the computer and give those emotions so room to be free from your cluttered mind. After you try that, you can always talk to your friend or family member. This method helps me, and it could help you out too.
