I have received a number of queries from interested readers about the product I use (to keep up my appearance among other uses) and market. Rather than take the time to answer one individually I decided to write a couple of articles about the most asked questions, and hope those who asked the questions would find the articles.

First, letís talk about mangosteen fruit Ė where is it grown, whatís it look like?
The mangosteen fruit, dubbed the Queen of Fruits by Queen Victoria many years ago, is grown in southeast Asia for centuries and in more recent times in countries like Brazil and the Caribbean. About the size of a tangerine, it has
a deep purple rind (pericarp) on the outside and pure white segmented delicious fruit on the inside. Mangosteen has been used for centuries by the natives for things such as poultices, headaches, malaria and other ailments indigenous to their native lands.
Now, due to continued medical and scientific examination, the entire world is beginning
to learn of the mangosteen fruitís potential to contribute to improved health and vitality.
Now letís talk about do we really need supplements?
Few would argue that pharmaceutical drugs dominate the conventional health care world, and many health professionals are increasingly recognizing the need for improved lifestyle and less dependence on drugs. While drugs certainly have value, they are potent and often toxic to the body.
