We are always surrounded by silence but his eyes speak volumes
At times I wish everything would pause for a while
And give the time for love to triumph over all
What you believe comes true and I believe in my love
I know the dream will some day come true
Loving unconditionally is a life-long task
That you may choose to enjoy or suffer
It’s all the game of perception
You may choose to get upset with your loved one
Or you may choose to give ear and understand
You may choose to sob over his anger
Or you may smile with joy of belongingness
You may choose to walk out once & for all
Or you may choose to be patient and wait
I understand it is not easy, but if you choose the latter
You’ll build your inner self and not lose your loved one
Relations were never a discovery of man but were created by the Almighty One
We are to understand and be understood
It all starts at heart and ends in there
The Golden Rule says that we shall treat others the way we want us to be treated
So love unconditionally until your last breath
For there will be a day when your loved one will care
And when the day comes there will be no bound to the joy that you will share
