I’ve got a patchwork of beautiful faces in my mind as I contemplate fellowship. God has blessed me with a garden of Christian women who fill my life with the scent of His love! She-electrified shares my freckled skin; she smells of cinnamon and pours energy into my day. She-unruffled never seems to falter; she smells of chamomile and calms my spastic nature. She-spiritual-goddess teaches me God’s truth; she smells of roses and turns my eyes toward Him. She-sweet-sixteen looks closely into my life; she smells of wild flowers and motivates me to be like Christ. She-spiritual-powerhouse spills wisdom over me; she smells of the ocean-spray and guides me in the path of truth. She-humility helps deflate my waning pride; she smells of fresh bread and shows me how to be strong in Him. She-understanding only sees the best in me; she smells of dark chocolate and makes me feel good about the woman I am. She-nurturer reminds me of home; she smells of oak and keeps me grounded so I can grow. She-teacher developed understanding with me; she smells of mocha and is always good for a chat. She-older-sister reminds me of my childhood; she smells of vanilla and knows the person beyond the image. She-motivator encourages me in my vision; she smells of fresh cut grass and loves me unconditionally. These women are my friends; they are my sisters. They reveal Christ in different ways, and I can cherry-pick the best of their fruits. They have each changed me, and I would not be the woman I am today without them. They are my wonderful women of fellowship; they are my comrades in Christ! I thank God that He chose each woman to fill my life with the scent of His love.
