"Where is your God now?!?!" Have you ever heard those words? Have you had demons evily bantering this in your ear?
Have you nearly or completely collapsed under immense pressure or horrid circumstances? Have there been things that have happened that broke your heart, broke your being or broke you body, . . . and while you're having trouble even wrapping your thoughts around what is going on . . . you can almost hear the devil laughing--- "Where is you God now"?
I have to tell you, for a lot of years during trials and tragedy, my daughter's sickness and a whole lot of other mess, I have often heard those words.
The years I was away from God maybe not so much, but still now and again. The years since coming back to God and learning to walk the life He has me living, yes, yes and often.
"Where is you God now" for a long time probably just further pushed me into the circumstance. My heart fainted. My mind caved to the evil words.
Praise God, though, He is faithful and He is able. All the things that I could not do, He could, and has.
He empowers His own. He camps with them. He comforts in times of great sorrow. He lifts us when we start to sink. He keeps my very foot now from slipping from the rock that has become my whole life.
So to the enemy and all the minions he would send, your words have no place here anymore. "Where is your God now" you say? He is right here. He is right here.
