You are always there when I need you
Always there waiting for me to ask you
for all you give so freely
Waiting for me to realize
just how much you love me
To seek you, follow you, and to obey
To serve you and thank you with echoing praise

You are always there when I need you
Always there to heal the hurt, strengthen my soul, body, and mind
Waiting for me to understand
your holy plan for me
To help me grow closer to my goals
To serve you with all my being, praying constantly

You are always there when I need you
Always taking the time to show me
you are with me always
Waiting for me to reach out on my faith in you
Teaching me to step on the devil's attacks
To serve you without weakness, precisely exact

You are always there when I need you
You let me know I have a kingdom to behold
You love me when wrong, weak, or sad
frustrated, depressed or just plain bad

You forgive when asked sincerely by your people
That is why I love and forever will serve you

Ozelle, this was such a lovely poem. Whenever I read something like this it's such a reminder of God's amazing grace. One thing I wasn't 100% sure about when I read it though - and that was the line "more on my faint in you". I wasn't sure if you meant "faith in you" or whether I was missing something. Other than that though, I thought it was quite beautiful. With love, Deb
