I wake up each morning
And thank you Lord
For making such a beautiful day
I smile in peace
And worry about nothing
I know that you always make a way.

Come into my heart
I’ve plenty of room for you to stay
Bless me with wisdom
Bless me with love
I ask these things whenever I pray.
Protect me lord
From stress and harm
And chase the devil’s deeds away
You’re my solution
A sure resolution
My comfort that gets me through each day.
So every morning
When I get on my knees

You’ve given me life
