The sunday school lesson seems to me to be fitting for this season -- I am looking at the spiritual side.

Genesis 16:1-6 Sarai suggested/told Abraham to take her maid servant Hagar

Acts 2:11 -- Day of Pentecost --- Cretes & Arabians we do hear them speak in our tongues the wonderful works of God.
Genesis 21:11-13 --- God told Abraham that he would bless Hagar's son (the bondwoman) And also of the bondwoman will I make a nation, because he is thy seed (Hagar's son "Ishmael")
Let's look at Abraham -- A man of faith, Believed in God, Lineage, Race, Father, Founder: Jewish, Arabs & Christians.
Genesis 15:5-6, 18:1-15; 21:1-8
verse 5 - And he brought him forth abroad, and said, Look now toward heaven, and tell the stars, if thou be able to number them; .......and he said unto him, So shall thy seed be. (Hebrews 6:14 - reference scripture)
THE HEBREWS
verse 6 - he believed in the LORD,
"he" - Abraham MAN REDEEMED, Justification, Faith The Instrumental Cause (Galatians 3:6; 5:5; James 2:23)
