They look in search of Noah’s ark on every mountain top,
For a world that won’t believe it, so their search must never stop.
But I’ve found it in the Word Of God, that’s all I need to see,
God said it, I believe it, and that settles it for me.
They search and search for Jesus' Tomb, the one in which he lay,
But I’ve found that tomb is empty, and that He’s Alive Today.
For I’ve found it in the Word Of God, that’s all I need to see,
God said it, I believe it, and that settles it for me.
They Search this wide world over, looking for inner peace,
Thru people, places, ideas and things, and still find no release.
But I’ve found it in the Word Of God, that’s all I need to see,
God said it, I believe it, and that settles it for me.
I’ve found forgiveness, love, and Peace With God,
And yes the Peace Of God,
But not thru inward searching, but thru the Word Of God.
My friend what ere you're searching for
I tell you, you’ll not find,
Unless by faith you search God’s Word
You’ll have no peace of mind.
