Then I said to them,
You see the trouble we are in,
how Jerusalem lies in ruins
with its gates burned.
Come, let us rebuild
the wall of Jerusalem,
that we may no longer
suffer disgrace.
And, I told them
of the Hand of my God
which had been upon me
for good......
And, they said,
Let us rise up and build.
[Nehemiah 2:17-18]

"Lord, I don't know if I
can do this."
"What, My child?"
"Take another step, Lord."
[SILENCE.]
"It's just too much for me."
[SILENCE.]
"I'm not strong, at all."
[SILENCE.]
"I can't do it."
[PATIENT SILENCE.]
"All I've got are some old
balls of crumpled tin foil,
and they've tossed around,
quite a bit."
[NOD.]
"And, I've got a
Tinman of a heart."
"Yes, child."
(sigh)
"It's really hard."
[SILENCE.]
"It's too hard for me."
(deep sigh)
"I can't do it, Lord."
"No, My child.
But, I can."
*****************************
Behold, God is my salvation;
I will trust, and will not be afraid;
for the Lord God is my strength
and my song,
and He has become my salvation.
[Isaiah 12:2]
