WHAT'S LIFE
When you’re a kid,
You think life’s nothing but play.
When you’re an adolescent,
You think life’s nothing but adventure.
When you’re a young adult,
You think life’s nothing but sex and money.
When you’re middle-aged,
You think life’s nothing but family.
When you’re old,
You think life’s nothing but stocktaking.
And when you’re dead,
You suddenly realise life’s nothing but
A preparation for eternity!
