I turn on the news today
To find out a bomber blew a bus away
Tragically killing women and children
When will it stop dear lord tell me when
It's another horror everyday
Another death in a gruesome way
Our soilders are still dying from this ended war
When will it end and be no more
17 of our soilders die just today in irag
Its far from over that is a fact
Casualties piling up everwhere
How dear lord is this fair
The embassy blew up by their own people
Its time to run to the nearest steeple
Do you for one minute think it wont happen here
That we no longer have anything to fear
It happened once with our towers
They were a pile of dust in just a few hours
They took our planes and crashed them live on t.v.
For all the world to watch and see
See america crumble before our eyes
Watching as thousands of people dies
The world truly stood still that day
But we must remember it could happen again today
Who knows what tomorrow will bring
Which angels will cry and which angels will sing
Where are those flags now that flew back then
Does it take that to happen to us again
Lets stand proud and lets stay free
Lets find a way you and me
Lets tell the others one by one
For its far from over its just begun
