'For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life'. John 3 v 16
God is able to heal and restore the soul more than we can ever imagine but we have to do our part too and follow Christ's example.
He died on the cross in suffering and pain, rejected and abused beyond our comprehension. All the punishment that should have been ours fell on Jesus where He took them up onto the cross to forgive all of our sins.
For God so loved the world and everyone in it He sent His only Son Jesus Christ to die for us. As the bible says not many will die even for a righteous man but Christ died for all of us - sinners, for we have all fallen short of the Glory of God. YES ALL OF US!
Forgiveness is at the heart of Jesus.
Love is at the heart of Jesus.
Bringing Righteousness to us through Jesus so that we are acceptable to God - why? So we can have at last a loving relationship with the Father in Heaven.
Jesus had to die for our sins because the Father in Heaven cannot have anyone in front of Him with sin.
But the Father Himself sent the atoning sacrifice - Jesus Christ for us because He so loved us. He provided the sacrifice necessary so we can at last go home to live eternally with the Father in Heaven.
Jesus is the ONLY way
Jesus is the ONLY truth
Jesus is the ONLY life.
Come to Jesus Christ, ask Him into your heart and into your life and He will be with you forever.
He will give you the love you have been craving for all your life.
He will give you the peace that the world cannot give.
He will give you true freedom from fear, sin and
death.
He will come back and take you home a secured place in Heaven.
