On this earth we gather together
every year or so
to join our beloved family
who have journeyed from near and far
Our smiles break forth in happiness
when we see the familiar face
of brothers, sisters, fathers, mothers
and little kids all over the place!
Still waiting for us is a greater
reunion
This one in heaven above
with our loved ones gone on before
who are wrapped in our Saviors love
If you want to attend this reunion
a special ticket you must have
You must be a child of God
washed in the blood of the Lamb
So ask the Lord into your life
Walk with the Savior each day
Your reservation will be secure
In the Book of Life that way
With God's daily guidance
Your work will not be undone
For at Heavens Family Reunion
Is the Father,Holy Spirit and Son
All your love ones will be there
ecstatic in joy and praise
of how you lived for Jesus
and pointed the lost His way
This earthly reunion, but for a moment
The heavenly ones'eternity
So it is LIFE or DEATH for us
to have this assurance you see
The family that prays and stays
together
And always puts God first
will be part of Heavens Reunion
Held in glory with the Lord!
