The Spirit of Truth captured me;
in chains, I am, of love
joyfully praising and serving my glorious King.
He rescued me from emptiness,
healed my brokeness,
He spoke of life and gave me everything.
And I'm betrothed to the Master of Mercy
whose throne is my very soul,
whose banner over me is love,
whose graces make me whole.
I've found sweet freedom
for freedom found me
in the arms of forever
in the heart of my King.
Bound, blessed and beloved
He has healed my heart and will
He's gently lifted my face and dried my eyes.
He saved me from a world of want,
knows and loves me still
annointing me that I would be his bride.
