These chronicles were started about two years ago as a journal to document my experiences with hurricane Rita. They have since evolved to document what I believe are the final days of the church on this earth. It is a running journal with the date and the time noted at every entry. I honestly and fully expect to be snatched up by Jesus any second now. Once, years ago, I thought the rapture had happened and that I had been left behind. Now I know that it was just God getting my attention. Even so, it took me years to finally get the message. My call to be a watchman came from the book of Ezekiel, so I took my post, cleaned my binoculars, and started scanning the horizons. There have been several entries prior to what you are reading now and not long ago I was asking God; was I only to be shown, and was I only to report on apocalyptic happenings and scenarios? That same day I picked up my Bible and turned to the book of Habakkuk. Chapter one asked pretty much the same questions I did. Chapter two decked me. Just as plain as day I was told to quit moaning and keep writing.
Very well Lord, watchman Bounds reporting as directed. I pray the words I write here will make the visions You show me as clear to others as they are to me.
