Love is a river running deeper than pain and sorrow can reach. It is the living water that floods our lives when we come into our season, and its’ deep undiscovered source we seek to discover is God Himself. We must let His rushing waters flood our lives and drown out all doubts and fears in order for our souls’ desires to be quenched while the waters are high. We must also remember to store up provisions within our memories to remind us of His all encompassing love, that our souls may remain saturated even when the long dry seasons arrive. Just as nature obeys His laws and awaits His command for the seasons to change, we too can be sure that with God as our source no matter how long each season of drought may seem His love will once again rain down on us anew.
