A lone wolf will forget how to make friends.
A recluse will be safe, but to what end?
Inside of the Steal, something’s stifling me.
I’ve forgotten how it feels to simply breathe.
This voice of passion is what gets me high!
This pursuit of better is what keeps me alive!
But God does not give gifts only to one man.
I should empower others just as best I can!
No, I cannot keep this all to myself!
That is not the way that life was meant to be.
God says to let our gifts shine through as evidence
Of our obedience to our Heavenly King!
Inside this armor, I feel despair tempting me.
Trying to keep me from what I’ve always wanted to be.
Arrogance will not become the death of me!
I need to open up to my society!
Push my fingers through this tiny crack…
Strangle the demon chipping away at my back…
Though this hardly constitutes my “breaking free…”
I’m sticking up for the man who I’ve claimed to be…
Come learn the tricks that I’ve got up my sleeve!
Come and share the blessings God has given to me!
Come and meet the man inside this rusted can
Who wants to share his mission with his fellow man!
Together, we can loose the grip of Sin!
And we can change the world that we are living in!
Where is a good place to start? Where do we begin?
