I meet this raggedy man on the road today,
He seemed ok, as we passed He reached out
and took my hand! He said; Have you heard
the good news today? I shook my head, thats
when He said; trust me and you'll be free!
The look on my face must have said; is
this what I'm suppose to believe? He
said; give up yourself and follow me
you will live eternally! We walked
along the dusty road speaking not,my
stomache filled with knots. Then He said;
go and tell others the good news you
heard I looked down and kicked the
dirt, my heart was filled with comfort.
I looked up and He was gone but He left
behind a lingering song!
