The floodgates of Grace were opened
That day I believed on Christ
Its waters came tumbling over me
The baptism bought with a price
Its richness and fulness, what glory
Descended from heaven above
His Presence shadowing over me
In billows and billows of love
Deep, deep was its filling
Down to the depths of my soul
High, high was its calling
My Saviour Who loveth me so
Not just a feeling I'm trusting
But resting in the sure Word of God
His grace is sufficient, Hallelujah!
I believe in the power of the blood
My sins forgiven, what cleansing!
I'm no longer living in doubt
My assurance in no earthly treasure
But Jesus has saved me, I'll shout
Eternal life God's gift to mankind
Repent and believe saith He
Come to the fountain of Water
Drink, drink and be free!
