Yesterday I had the time to play with my wire and beads, and learned to do a brand new thing, and see where it all would lead.
I strung some beads upon a wire, and bent it to hold them in place,
wrapping the wire around the middle of each one, and finishing with a twist around the base.
When I was done, I went back over, making a cris-cross design with the wire strand, and ended up with a tiny wire-wrapped bead wreath, what delicate beauty I held in my hand.
It made me think of you and I and our love, strung upon the wire of God's grace, and the strands of His love and forgiveness wrap around, holding us safely in His place.
I see each bead as an hour of our day a gift from our Father above, and we form the colors and shape of the bead, while God keeps us wrapped in His love.
At each day's end, we have a string of lovely beads, God's love runs through, above and beneath, and God takes the string and turns them into a circle,
forming the beads into a little love-wreath,
What a joy it is to start each day with a new string of beads to make,
embracing all that is new to discover picking up all the blessings there to take.
I thank God for giving me this life, where I can discover His love and know it's true, that all things beautiful do come from Him, I know that, because He gave me you!
