To be black and Christian is to be a slave! This is well known in the country of Sudan. If you cross paths with the Muslims, and are found to be a Christian you have one option. You will convert forcibly from Christian to Muslim or die now! A bullet in the head or a machete chopping off a extremity or both.
You stare at the end of a barrel of a gun, what would your answer be American? Could your slang and tough exterior melt at that moment? Your brothers and sisters are in Sudan are dying by millions because they are Christians. I guarantee, American, if you were in Sudan today, you would be running for your lives. No 911 call is going to bring help. You are on your own. You are in constant fear that you will die. You would be found to walk old beaten roads in heat with tattered clothing clinging to your emaciated frame. You don't really know where your going, just keep moving. Your tired, hungry, thirsty and the convenient stores are empty. Your SUV and home has been shot up, taken by the enemy, and your house burned to the ground.
The enemy has destroyed everything in their wake, leaving you, the hunted, nothing. You use to have all your possessions, comforts you needed and you were satisfied. Family was around you, your neighbors, and all familiar. Now the wells have been poisoned and the cattle killed. Those you knew are dead or "out there" somewhere. You don't think of your TV programs, your games, your job, and not even who you buried yesterday. You keep moving to survive. Maybe you come across some relief workers but even they are being threatened and they are becoming fewer too.
No one wants to come to the hell in the Sudan, the heat is high and so is the body count. It is like the world doesn't know what is happening. But you know its real, your in this living nightmare until something or someone catches up to you. This is not a virtual game where you can pause or win, you lose and there is no way out.
When this first began to occur, you didn't think of it. Word came from many travelling through telling of the trouble in a far away region. Then news came it was just a hundred miles away. People started filing through your territory and it became more real to you. You started getting concerned but resolved no one is going to force you off your land. Then they came. Like locusts upon the land, destroying everything they touched. Then it touched you. Reality hit and it hit hard! They forced your brothers to the Muslim religion. They succombed to the end of a barrel of a gun. The Muslims changed your brothers names and forced them in their army against their will or they killed them.
One ethnic group of people determined to eradicate another ethnic group off the face of the earth. Who unleashed this hell? Once the Muslims hit the area, they chain the black people in shackles! Does this sound familiar? Chains that rub your skin raw and bleed! No one stopped the evil, why didn't anyone stop them? This is injustice, this isn't right! Does evil know justice? If the good don't stop evil who will? Evil? Haven't you noticed, they are all Christians!
You begin to think maybe this is the wrong faith? A dead faith with dead believers, maybe you were fooled to believe in this Jesus because no one is here to help in present trouble. You have prayed but no one has come. And two million of your fellow Christians have died in genocide and displaced 7 million human beings, a million more than Hitler did.
If my brothers and sisters hurt, it hurts me. Because they are part of the body of Christ. If they are shackled how long before we in America are shackled? Can you see a pattern going on in the world? Hell has been turned loose! Don't close your eyes American because tomorrow you may hear the news about a group of Christians in your region running for their lives. First you heard it by rumor, then the news, then people travelling through and then they came for you!
