We all have felt the wind and rain
Beat upon our face
We’ve all been dealt some heavy blows
That knock us way off base
But He can conquer anything
That ever comes your way
Don’t shy from confrontation
Don’t turn and run away
We have all been tempted
We all have felt the fire
But when you hit rock bottom
When you’re hanging by a wire
Fall into the Savior
He always has your back
He can make you undefeatable
No matter who or what attacks
Act with courage
In the face of the storm
Let Him come and save you
Let Him be the One
To break the chains that bind you
Let Him set you free
He will throw His arms around you
He will calm this raging sea
It may take all of your strength
To go against the flow
Stand up and act with courage
Cling to Him, my friend, and never let Him go
Thank You, so much, Lord, for truly being the Master of the Sea. The Ultimate Life Preserver. Our Solid Rock. Our Anchor.
There are so many things that we could call You. So many circumstances befall us that You, in turn, have to rescue us from that make each of these names truly fit You. You indeed are the answer to every question, the provider of every need, and the guide to every journey. You are truly our Savior. In so many ways, Lord. Not only in the fact that You died for us, and rose again so that we might have eternal life with You. But our Savior from circumstance, trouble, trial, storms, fear, pain, and even ourselves.
Thank You for being our Savior, Lord. Thank You for saving us from our human fates, our human choices, our human thoughts, our human desires. Thank You for saving us in every way every time that we call out Your name.
I Love You, Lord.
