AGING GRACEFULLY
My ego bruised
Wounded pride
Beaming bald spot
I cannot hide
Center of gravity
Storming south
Direct results
From junk food mouth
Libido limps
As the years roll by
I scratch my head
And wonder why
And then it strikes me
I understand
True wisdom flows
From a humble man
My wilder days
Forever past
Creaking bones
Passing gas
Hard of hearing
Eyesight dims
Memory fleeting
Bladder swims
Age is imminent
Acceptance is vital
Rehearsing now
For heavens recital
