I said that I would never do it again
then it's the same old thing
back to my sin
just a little taste and darkness set in.
Need to stay close to the Word
keep it deep in my heart
I know what I have heard
each day is a new start.
As I awake tomorrow
better hit my knees
tired of the sorrow
I wish to please.
Lord why can't I see
through the thick and thin
the one that loves me
better flee from my sin !
