As we close the door on another year
Let’s pause a moment to say a prayer:
For our troops in Iraq,
For friends we hold dear,
For freedom of speech and freedom from fear.
And then, looking back,
To thank the Lord for our Savior and King.
The gift that he brought us means everything.
