Nicholas knocked on the back door as he noticed the beautiful red flower pot and flowers that were sitting there. " He really is a good gardener" he thought to himself as he knocked again. The door opened. The Creator, who was wearing a white apron and white wokout clothes, opened the door.
" Good morning Nicholas" he said as he hugged him and then closed the door." I'm making pancakes this morning" he said as he flipped one over on his small grill that was on the stove. " Would you like one?".
" Sure" Nicholas replied as a plate and silverware were put in front of him.
The Creator put a pancake on his plate and watched the small TV he had turned on. The network news was talking about the war in Iraq and a hurricane that might hit Florida. " So much death and destruction" he said with a tear in his eye. " It makes me very sad".
