" You mean you are the Creator".
" I go by many names" the Creator replied as he put a plate of the sandwich and some chips in front of Nicholas. " Creator is one of them".
" So you said I'm not an accident".
" I conceived you in my mind way before your parents did" he replied as he sat down after making his own sandwich.
" The way I look too!".
" Of course, I chose your race, skin color, features, the special talents you have" he said as he ate his sandwich.
" Even when I was born" Nicholas asked as he took a sip from a glass of water in front of him.
" Your date of birth and date of death I decided a long time ago". " I never leave out details".
Nicholas stifled a yawn and looked at his watch.
" You look tired" the Creator said as he put the dirty dishes in the dishwasher. "Why don't you come back in the morning and we'll talk some more".
" Ok" Nicholas said with a tired smile as he quietly walked out the back door of the kitchen.
