I imagined that one day I'd see how things would look if I were very small,
wandering a world of giant proportions would I get along at all?
The flowers I could see from below, the blossoms towering over head, the grass would be tangled, holding me back I think I’d be filled with dread.
Each puddle would be a vast unknown sea, each rock a mountain to climb, I would not be able to find my way, for I could not see any signs.
Sometimes I used to feel that way, too small for the obstacles in my life, and though I tried, I could not overcome, the sadness, the hurt and the strife.
Until the day when I look around to find right by my side the only One who could rescue me, He could do what I'd only tried!
He gently picked me up, wiped my tears, saying 'you've made the world too big a place, but I can transform you from the inside, and with me, there'll be nothing you can't face.’
What a relief to hand it over, all the trouble and the pain, knowing that I had found the Way, nothing to lose, but everything to gain.
He put me in a brand new place, gave me new eyes with which to see, and showed me a bright new future, and the joys that He had planned for me.
Now I could see coming closer dreams that I'd hoped would come true, for into my life one soft spring day, came the gift of love, for that's when I met you.
Now the world is just the right size, each day an unknown treasure, and knowing I get to spend it with you makes it a joy beyond measure.
I begin and end each day with a prayer, humble thanks to my Father above, for all the wonders that fill my life, especially for you, my gift of love.
If you died today, are you absolutely certain that you would go to heaven? You can be! TRUST JESUS NOW
