Never give up! Those are the words that resonate in my spirit this morning.
Have you ever felt tired of waiting on God's will to manifest in your life? Have you ever been tired of doing God's will and seeing no results? Or trying new things, stepping out of the boat, to discover God's will for your life only to fall flat on your face?
Don't give up! God can turn your situation around. Whether it has been ten years or fifty, one month or twenty-four, God has a miracle in mind for you. He has a turnaround on its way to you.
God promised in Romans 8:28 that all things work together for good to them that love God and to them that our called according to His purpose.
Remember Joseph? Joseph, at the tender age of seventeen, had been sold into slavery by his brothers. He served in Potipher's house and rose to be a very important person to Potipher until Potipher's wife tried to seduce Joseph. When he refused to have relationship with her, she cried rape, and Potipher sent Joseph to prison. Everything looked bleak for Joseph.
While in prison, though, Joseph used the gift that God gave him to interpret dreams, and it is that gift that caused his release.
He had interpreted the dreams of two of Pharaoh’s servants. Joseph told one that he would be released and the other that he would be killed. Things happened as Joseph interpreted.
When Pharaoh, Potipher's boss, had dreams that troubled him, the living servant that had been in prison with Joseph told him about Joseph. He called for Joseph. After Joseph interpreted the Pharaoh’s dream, not only did Pharaoh have him released, but Pharaoh promoted him to second-in-charge, only under Pharaoh.
God went over Potipher's head to perform His purpose. God did so to place Joseph in charge of the food in Egypt because a famine was coming that would have killed Joseph's family and the future nation of Israel. If Joseph hadn't endured the hardship that put him in position for his such-a-time-as-this moment, Joseph's family would have died.
What the devil meant for evil in your life, God can turn around for your good too. God will move you into a position to be a blessing, just as He did Joseph. Then you will be ready to served in your such-a-time-as-this moment too.
